HOW WE WORK. IT ROBOTICS PROCESS.
Our production process is based on a serious, flexible and participative working method. Thanks to this methodology we have improved our production system, achieving high levels of effectiveness.
The production system is arranged in stages, which include from the first contact with the clients until the installation of the application in their facilities.
STAGE 1. INITIAL STUDY AND DEFINITION OF PROJECT OBJECTIVES
After the first meeting, we start our work by defining the requirements and objectives that the client wants to achieve in his application.
Production, quality, costs, investment and savings are some of the parameters that we usually deal with to develop the project study.
STAGE 2. SIMULATION, LAYOUT, AND TECHNICAL-COMMERCIAL OFFER
Once we have analyzed all the data, we study the solution that better fits the project. By using powerful simulation tools, we simulate the whole application and study the behavior of the different components in it.
With all that information we create a layout of the installation which provides an overview of the project and we compose the technical-commercial offer that is finally will be presented.
STAGE 3. MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL DESING
Our team of industrial engineers is responsible for designing the mechanical elements and electrical systems that the automation process is composed of.
What at the beginning were ideas and functioning concepts, begin to take shape.
STAGE 4. MANUFACTURING, INTEGRATION AND ASSEMBLY OF PARTS AND STRUCTURES
All the pieces that have been studied and designed in previous steps get into the manufacturing stage.
We manufacture every part and assembly the structures, as well as the electronic systems included in the application.
STAGE 5. ROBOT-PLC-PC PROGRAMMING
Our programming department, which includes computer and industrial electronics engineers, is responsible for programming the PLCs and robots integrated in the installation.
Depending on the degree of complexity of the application, programming tasks might involve artificial vision systems and computer applications for management, control and data analysis, providing them a high technological value to the robotic application.
STAGE 6. PERFORMANCE TESTS AND VALIDATION IN OUR FACILITIES
Before delivering the application, it has to pass an intense program of performance tests. With this process we are able to check thoroughly the proper functioning of every component of the installation.
Afterwards, we arrange a meeting with the client in our facilities, where he will be able to assess the proper functioning of the application. After verifying that everything works as expected, the client proceeds with the acceptation of the product.
STAGE 7. COMMISSIONING IN CLIENT’S FACILITIES, EMPLOYEES TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATION DELIVERY
Finally, we deliver to the client his turnkey application. We adjust the last settings there and start the commissioning.
We have a training program for client’s employees which allow them to use the application properly and provides them all the knowledge required for daily work. We also provide all the required documentation, such as operation, programming and maintenance manuals, diagrams and certificates. Now the application is finished and ready to start working.
